Free trial
Inboard offers a free trial period when you first sign up. During the trial you have full access to product features. No credit card is required to start the trial. When the trial expires, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as described at checkout). Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment information securely under their own policies.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view billing history through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account settings in the app.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Important: Disconnecting your mailbox or deleting mailbox data within Inboard does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel separately through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
Refunds
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or have concerns about a charge, contact us at hello@useinboard.com and we will work with you to resolve it. During beta, we aim to be fair and flexible.
Beta pricing
Pricing, plans, and trial length may change as the product evolves. We will notify existing subscribers before any changes to their pricing take effect.
